Initially, we had to hire external contractors to handle all other responsibilities. All these contractors have now joined the Meta Lion Circle family. As the community grows, we will prioritize the search for expertise and talent within our community and give the members an opportunity to join the expansion of our team rather than immediately out-sourcing to third parties.
