What is the Difference between Affiliate & Agency?
Affiliates can be anyone who refers new users to sign up for ManyChat through a unique referral link but does not work with the customer to build or manage their bot. Agency partners in the Agency Partner Program build and manage bots on behalf of their clients as a marketing service offering. Visit the ManyChat Agency Partner Program site if this a better fit for you. Agency partners may also participate as an Affiliate partner, but ManyChat does not double pay commissions for referrals that are made. Individuals participating in both will need to choose the appropriate program for their client or referral.
