Trading Platform
Worldmarket Crptocurrency Traders with World Markets have an option to choose multiple trading platforms. The broker has an in-house MQL Copy Trader for traders to trade through the AI managed accounts and the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 for traders for those who prefer the self-trading account.
MetaTrader 4 & MetaTrader 5
MetaTrader 4 & 5 are the most common Forex trading platform among the retail traders, which is specially designed for Forex trading. These platforms are compatible with Windows, Mac, and on any web-browser. In the retail Forex industry, they are the most reliable third-party software. This is very common and easy to use trading platforms for beginners. With this software, traders can easily access their trading accounts from a mobile trading application that is available on the Google Play & App Store. Moreover, MetaTrader 5 is the updated version of MT4 and has optimized trading tools, including built-in indicators, a built-in economic calendar, and advanced trading features.
World Markets Trading fees
When it comes to the crypto trading at World Markets, again, the fees charged by World Markets are actually the fees charged by Worldmarket. These fees are as follows.
Every trade occurs between two parties: the maker, whose order exists on the order book prior to the trade, and the taker, who places the order that matches (or “takes”) the maker’s order. We call makers “makers” because their orders make the liquidity in a market. Takers are the ones who remove this liquidity by matching makers’ orders with their own.
World Markets Withdrawal fees
This exchange (visavi World market) charges a withdrawal fee amounting to only the network fee when you withdraw crypto from the platform. This fee is below the industry average and is an advantage against most other exchanges out there.
Deposit Methods
World Markets accepts deposits through both wire transfer and credit cards. Many crypto investors view this as very positive of course. Seeing as World Markets accepts deposits of fiat currency, the exchange qualifies as a so called “entry-level exchange”, at which new crypto investors can take their first steps into the exciting crypto world. The following picture shows a few of the various deposit methods availabe: If you want to use the AI-backed trader, then you will need to deposit at least $2,500 (or local equivalent). Alternatively, a $100 deposit is required to trade via HYCM.

Standard Account
If you own a Standard Account at World Markets, then you will pay both a performance fee and an annual management fee. This operates in a similar nature to a conventional Wall Street Hedge Fund. The performance fee, in particular, is an excellent motivator for the broker to ensure its AI trading algorithm performs consistently well – otherwise, it will not make any money from its clients. The performance fee on a Standard Account amounts to 20% of all net profits.
For example, if over the course of the month the AI software makes you $1,000 in gains, World Markets will retain $200. Similarly, you will also need to pay an annual management fee of 1%. Unlike the performance fee – which is based purely on profits, the management fee is based on the amount of capital that you hold at the platform. So a $10,000 balance would yield $100 in annual fees.
Gold Premier Account
If you are a seasoned trading veteran and thus – expect to be injecting significant volumes into the platform, then it might be worth considering the Gold Premier Account. In a nutshell, those that hold a balance of $25,000 or more will qualify for this particular account type. In doing so, you will benefit from a 50% reduction in performance fees, taking your charge to just 10% of net proceeds. On the other hand, you will still need to pay an annual management fee of 1%.
World Markets Security
They run all the exchange-websites in Mozilla’s Observatory-test. The score in such test is one of many indicators of the exchange’s security. World Markets received an F-score in this test. You should note though that F is the Mozilla Observatory-score received by most exchanges in our Exchange List.
Customer Support
Worldmarket is the case with any online brokerage platform, you also need to make some considerations regarding customer support. After all, you will potentially have a lot of money held at the broker, so you need to know where you can turn to if things go wrong. In the case of World Markets, it is somewhat disappointing that you will only have the option of sending an email or submitting a ticket through its website. The platform does not offer a live chat facility, nor can you contact the team via telephone. This is especially surprising considering that the platform has been in existence since 2003, and that it has a five-figure customer base.
