What is the Difference between Affiliate & Agency?

Affiliates can be anyone who refers new users to sign up for ManyChat through a unique referral link but does not work with the customer to build or manage their bot. Agency partners in the Agency Partner Program build and manage bots on behalf of their clients as a marketing service offering.
