Course Completion Certificates VS Recognised Certification
Many of the courses come with a ‘Certificate of Completion’. This is not a recognized certification document; it merely provides proof of completion of a training course (and often the passing of a small test) from the course provider. These are usually printable or downloadable as a PDF file.
If you require a publicly recognized certification document then you’d need to look for a course providing full certification from a governing body. As an example, Adobe, Microsoft, Cisco & CompTIA all provide a defined structure of certification programs with matching exams that are available through public testing centers.
