Coinzo Cryptocurrency Exchange is one of the many cryptocurrency exchanges from Turkey. It has been active since 2018. It has both TRY and BTC trading pairs, and allegedly a trading engine with very high performance. APIs are available for the people who need that. And, moreover, they have a referral program where you can invite friends and make 20% of the trading fees that they aggregate for Coinzo.

The Coinzo Exchange provides swap trading for cryptocurrencies and tokens. Bitcoin (₿), Litecoin (Ł), Ethereum (Ξ), Ripple, EOS, GAS, NEO, LINK, HOT, SHIB, and CNZ are traded on the platform. The exchange’s proprietary token is called CNZ and it can be used to pay commission fees on trading operations while receiving a discount. The fees themselves are low, depending on the trading volume.

At the first trading level, they are 0.1% for the maker, and 0.2% for the taker. The exchange has a standard referral program with bonus payments of 20% of the trading commission of invited users. The platform does not offer investment solutions and there is no staking.

The entry threshold is low, registration is simple, and no minimum deposit. The trading terminal in the browser is the standard Trading View, plus there is a mobile application. This is a Turkish exchange, but there is an English localization.

Coinzo Trading fees

Every trade occurs between two parties: the maker, whose order exists on the order book prior to the trade, and the taker, who places the order that matches (or “takes”) the maker’s order. Makers are so named because their orders make the liquidity in a market. Takers are the ones who remove this liquidity by matching makers’ orders with their own.

Coinzo Cryptocurrency Exchange trading fees for takers are 0.20%. This fee is slightly below the industry average, which is arguably around 0.25%.

Additionally, makers pay an even lower trading fee. Makers receive a 50% discount against the taker fees and thus only pay 0.10% per trade. This is a nice way of trying to promote liquidity at the trading platform.

Coinzo Withdrawal fees

Another fee to consider before choosing which exchange to trade at is the withdrawal fee. The withdrawal fee is usually fixed (regardless of the amount of cryptocurrency units withdrawn), and varies from cryptocurrency to cryptocurrency. For BTC-withdrawals, this exchange charges 0.0005 BTC. This is also roughly 40% lower than the global industry average, being approx. 0.0008 BTC.

Coinzo does not yet accept credit card deposits of fiat currency, but wire transfers are possible (at least in Turkish lire). Until then, if you need to deposit via wire transfer or credit card, you have to find an exchange where such deposit methods are permitted.
