About Chainx Exchange
Chainx Exchange is a centralized exchange based in Korea, launched in March 2019. It provides investors with access to KRW fiat/cryptos pairs, charging zero deposit fees. The goal of ChainX is to become an inter-chain asset gateway that provides relay services for assets that need to be transferred across chains.
ChainX measures users’ mining power based on the market value of BTC, DOT, ETH, ERC20, EOS and other assets that are deposited in by an inter-chain bridge. ChainX didn’t organize any ICO or pre-mining event. ChainX will use the PoS algorithm to establish the a blockchain network that can game for a long time.

How to Deposit to ChainX
1. Login to ChainX Official Website: chainx.kr
2. Click the upper menu 【Balances】→【Select Coin】→【Deposit】→ Click “+” button to create deposit address. And copy the deposit address. Please input this as the withdrawal address on other exchanges or the destination address for the wallet you are sending from.
3. Using withdrawing from Bitfinex as an example, paste ChainX’s BTC deposit address found above into Bitfinex’s BTC withdrawal address field, along with the withdrawal amount.
4. To check the status of your deposit: Go back to Chainx Exchange Official Website, Click 【Balances】→【History】
How to Withdraw coins
1. Go to the ChainX website (chainx.kr), Click [Login] from the menu and enter your details to log in.
2. Click [Balances]. Click the name of the coin/token you would like to withdraw and click [Withdrawal] button on the right. Input the address、amount, then click [Submit].
3. The system will now send a confirmation message to your ChainX registered email address. Open the email titled [Withdraw Request Confirmation], make sure it is your intended transaction, and then click [Confirm Withdraw] when you would like to proceed with withdraw.
4. Check the withdrawal: go back to Chainx Exchange official website and log in. Click [Balances] → [Transaction History]
How to trade
1. Go to the ChainX website (chainx.kr), Click [Login] from the menu and enter your details to log in.
2. The display of the transaction of ChainX
- The display area of the current trading pair in 24h Volume
- The display area of sale/buy price
- The display area of chart
- The buy/sell area
- The display of the latest completed transaction price
3. If you want to purchase coin with your BTC/ETH, you need to sell BTC/ETH to KRW.
Enter the sell area, refer to the token/coin price on the left, choose a right sale price and enter the volume, click the button of the “Sell”, then you can finish your sale. (Buy Token is the same as Sell)
- default price of order area is the last transaction price. You can choose a price you want to buy or sell.

At a minimum, make sure to set your password to a unique, strong password (not used for any other service) and make sure your email account is protected by 2FA. These simple security measures alone can make your ChainX account quite safe; however, we provide a large number of additional security measures that users can enable to significantly increase their personal security.
Employ any of the 2FA options we offer on your Chainx Exchange account and do NOT store a copy of the 2FA secret in an insecure place such as cloud storage, an email account, a computer’s hard disk drive, or mobile phone storage. Either make a copy of the 2FA secret or print a copy of the QR code provided during 2FA setup and store it in a safe, then delete any digital copy after printing.
